On this day that our beloved Ozzy is finally and privately laid to rest, I would like to take this opportunity to celebrate the ultimate Heavy Metal icon and the Godfather of what we now know as Heavy Metal music. From humble working class routes to mega stardom, Ozzy never forgot where he came from. A man who transcended the music business and went on to become a global icon. Ozzy loved his fans and was the ultimate showman right up until the very end.
